Interview with the Marketing Manager Digital Bank BNL: we are still talking about Fintech in Italy This morning we had the pleasure of interviewing Marco Lucrezi, Marketing Manager Digital Bank at BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas, with whom we discussed many interesting topics about the digital sector, and specifically about Fintech in Italy . In the past I have worked in other sectors such as telecommunications (TIM) and tourism (MSC Cruises), always dealing with Marketing, Communication and Sales.

The payments sector is a priority. The impact on payments will be rapid. A recent PWC study shows that a quarter of the business will be absorbed by Fintech in less than 5 years. Given the explosion, understood as an increase in the number of startups, in the Fintech field, what would you recommend to anyone wanting to develop a digital project in the finance sector? What aspects should you actually focus on? 40% of financial institutions mention Big Data Analytics in their strategic plans, using it mainly in customer relations, but very little in financial products.
This will be one of the challenges for startuppers willing to invest time and energy. Fintech in Italy, future scenarios: how much do you think cinema has anticipated the future we have in store? Any examples that come very close to or even confirm some well-known imaginary vision? When is the iris or fingerprint scan? Are you aware of any persistent critical issues that have hindered its affirmation-diffusion as an otherwise ordinary technology? Transactions will be increasingly simple. Many applications will allow users to move their money first with a few clicks and then with body movements. Today there are biometrics technologies that involve multiple observations of human behavior and are able to recognize a user by verifying their voice, face, fingerprints or the way they type keys or move their mobile device.
